“ This hidden gem of a restaurant is located just a few minutes from Hiroo Station. I had the all-you-can-drink course (19,800 yen). ・Raw salmon roe marinated in soy sauce and risotto: I loved the al dente texture of the rice. ・Bluefin tuna with mustard soy sauce: They apparently use tuna that's been aged for six days. This was my first time trying mustard soy sauce, and it was an excellent combination with the chewy, flavorful tuna. ・Hamo and matsutake mushroom bowl: The aroma of matsutake mushroom wafted the moment I opened the bowl. I could really taste the rich broth from the ingredients. ・Grilled silver salmon with Oho leeks: The leeks on top were a perfect match and made this dish incredibly delicious. ・Kosuge Village: Deep Fried Taro The soft taro and the fragrant soy sauce on the batter were a perfect match. ・Steamed Black Maitake Mushroom and Tilefish The maitake mushroom broth had a very strong aroma and a rich flavor, which permeated the tilefish perfectly. ・Flounder Burger A wild-caught flounder from Aomori was served in a sandwich with wasabi mayonnaise and bettara pickles. It was my first time trying this, and it was absolutely delicious! ・Jiro Persimmon with Sesame Dressing The subtle aroma of peanut butter, combined with the sesame, created a strange dish that was part dessert and part snack. Saitama - Fragrant Pork Shabu-Shabu Scallion and Sesame Chili Oil Sauce The chili oil sauce, infused with Chidori vinegar, has a refreshing yet addictive flavor thanks to the tartness of the vinegar, pairing well with the sweet fat of the meat. Matsutake and Chestnut Clay Pot Rice Apparently, chestnuts are from Mizuho Town in Tokyo. The rice had the perfect firmness, and the clay pot rice was a perfect way to enjoy autumn with the matsutake mushrooms and chestnuts. Nagano - Queen Rouge These are incredibly sweet grapes that can be eaten with the skin on. Thanks to the chef's thoughtfulness, we had a wonderful time at this restaurant. We'll definitely visit again! ”

“ Located on the fourth floor of a building just steps from Hiroo Station, this restaurant has a calming, high-quality atmosphere. One particularly eye-catching feature is the counter table, crafted from sacred wood. The warmth and solidity of the single plank, exuding a sacred atmosphere, enhances the food even more. Their most popular dish is the all-you-can-drink counter course (19,800 yen/14 dishes). From the seasonal appetizers that change monthly to the chef's specialty dishes, everything was delicate and delicious, truly showcasing the charm of Japanese cuisine. What's more, the selection of drinks was truly impressive. The all-you-can-drink option included Perrier-Jouet champagne and limited edition sake, allowing for a truly luxurious and sophisticated experience. ”

“ What an absolutely incredible experience. I’ll have to pat myself on the back for finding this place. A restaurant for 6 people and only the chef and his assistant. For $110/person, including unlimited sake and champagne, this was by far one of the best experiences I had in Tokyo. I love that this was more of a kaiseki rather than omakase. Every dish was so well executed. I think I died of happiness with every dish that was put in front of me. The staff and chef were extremely friendly and made it such a fun experience. I highly recommend this place! ”

“ This time, I went to "Wa Nogi," a Japanese restaurant in Hiroo! It's a truly delicious kappo restaurant where you can enjoy delicious dishes made with carefully selected ingredients. This is my second visit. This restaurant is known for its attention to detail, starting with the interior. The counter is made from a 250-year-old sacred tree from Mitsumine Shrine. As a spiritual lover, that alone is enough to set me apart! lol I was very satisfied with the course and had a wonderful time. For this great value, it was only 19,800 yen, including all-you-can-drink. It was filling, and the food was of a very high standard. Starting with the porridge with sujiko and a bolt from the blue, we had yellowtail sashimi, matsutake mushroom and conger eel soup, shabu-shabu, and even crab rice in a clay pot. Everything was delicious!! I realized that this restaurant serves truly delicious food made with carefully selected ingredients. It's perfect for business dinners, dates, and various other occasions, and I'll definitely be returning before reservations become too difficult! ”

“ I visited for dinner on a weekday evening. This Japanese restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, located in a building just a short walk from Hiroo Station Exit 2. I booked the meal and pairing course (¥21,000), which featured seasonal winter ingredients. What really impressed me was the clay pot rice with barracuda and green sansho pepper. The gentle aroma of sansho pepper wafted up, and the rice grains were beautifully textured. The lingering spiciness of the sansho pepper was so pleasant that I ended up having seconds.^^ Not only was the food made with seasonal ingredients delicious, but everything about it, from the ambiance to the friendliness of the staff, was also of a high standard. It was a wonderful experience. ”

“ I went to Wa Nogi, a Japanese restaurant in Hiroo! It's a fantastic kappo restaurant where you can enjoy delicious dishes made with carefully selected ingredients. Each dish was carefully explained to me, and The Aomori bluefin tuna with mustard soy sauce, grilled Spanish mackerel with sea urchin, cloud roe and taro with white miso, and grilled horse mackerel and sansho pepper rice in a clay pot were all delicious. It was a wonderful restaurant that uses carefully selected ingredients to serve truly delicious food. ”
